Terms of Use

Using the site

You may browse and use AllGameMaps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape or republish the site's maps, markers or other content in bulk, and do not interfere with the site's operation, security or other visitors' use of it.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Provide a valid email address when you register. You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to:

• upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent beyond what the game itself shows, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• upload anything that is not a screenshot or clip of the game the marker belongs to;
• harass others, impersonate anyone, or attempt to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to use;
• send automated or excessive requests, or try to get around limits.

Contributions

When you submit a screenshot or clip, you confirm that you made it yourself, or otherwise have the right to share it, and you agree that:

• AllGameMaps may process, store and publish it with the marker it was submitted for, without paying you and without showing your name. This permission is worldwide and continues after publication;
• submissions are reviewed before they appear, and administrators may decline or remove any submission at their discretion, with or without giving a reason;
• you cannot withdraw an individual submission once it is sent, including while it waits for review or if it cannot be processed;
• deleting your account removes your submissions that have not been approved; approved contributions remain published;
• removal required by law remains available: contact info@allgamemaps.com.

Game content and trademarks

AllGameMaps is an independent resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers or publishers whose games are covered. Game names, trademarks and source material remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact info@allgamemaps.com.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Map data, markers and tool results may be incomplete or inaccurate, and the site may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent the law allows, PlatoTech is not liable for loss resulting from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the site or the law changes. The effective date above changes when they do; material changes affecting contributions apply to submissions made after the change.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
